The HeartBleed Bug…

Are you thinking it’s boring old news? Perhaps you’ve never heard of it?

  • Think it only affects Web Sites? Wrong! Email networks, telephone systems, smart phones, tablets, VPN’s, even gaming software is vulnerable.
  • Think your Apple device is immune? Wrong! Software on every popular computer and phone platform is vulnerable.
  • Changed your passwords, so all is well? Wrong! In many cases, vendors and service providers have not even begun to evaluate the risk.
  • Probably just a theoretical risk? Wrong! Two recent cases: an arrest for stealing 900+ taxpayer’s records; successful penetration of a high security corporate network, bypassing its multi-factor authentication systems.

Do you use any device that has online access?

If so, HeartBleed can potentially affect you.

Our in-depth research paper tells you how to understand whether you (or your organization) are at risk, what to look for, and how to find the help you need. The report is primarily designed for ministry/mission leaders yet will be helpful for many others as well.

Please click on the link below for your free copy. We encourage you to pass it on, reprint, etc for worldwide distribution. (Please do not modify the paper, which includes copyright and source links.)
